What makes our team unique is that our proficiency is not only in office furniture, but also with our dedication to serving our customers with a sense of urgency. I gotta give you guys props – you really killed this. From the communication to the reporting, to the installation, to the coordination – I wish every installer we work with nationwide was like you guys there. I come from a commercial roofing background and there is a lot that is different in furniture, and one thing I’ve noticed is the level of professionalism – in preparation, execution, and follow up/reporting – that can sometimes be lacking. I must tell you guys; you’re really doing it right. Out of every installer I’ve worked with so far, you’re the best one. Feel like branching out into Illinois at any time? Our office debated on whether or not it was worth the expense to have the cubicles put back together. We are so very glad that we did. The installers were amazing! The job was only to reconstruct two cubicles, but they treated us like we were just as important as a huge job or repeat customer. They worked quickly and efficiently as a team. They were patient with us as we thought through and discussed different options that were presented. They listened to us and made adjustments as asked, even when that meant taking things apart to configure them differently than the original plans. They were friendly and professional and worked as quietly as humanly possible. Thank you very much!
ABS has been a solid partner with Systems Source and supported our many long-standing accounts. Their team is detailed, organized and on top of their game! “I will have to say the communication is some of the best I have seen in the business regarding responses to emails, scheduling, options for deliveries and the daily progress report which has pictures and list any punch concerns. One instance, I was confused with an electrical issue and the ABS team was very patient and informative explaining the concern to me and illustrating the issues on drawings. There have been several instances in which the site contact would be late and the team was willing to work with everyone to determine the best plan of action to get the job completed, they did whatever it took more or less.”
